- Maintain the general ledger and organize financial documentation.

- Communicate with vendors and clients regarding billing inquiries.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot discrepancies in data.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
