Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledgers and financial records
- Process accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly financial statements and expense reports
- Assist with payroll processing and tax filings
- Implement QuickBooks optimization and system maintenance
- Support month-end closing procedures
- Collaborate with CPAs during audits
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
- 3+ years bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
- Knowledge of GAAP and payroll regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Relevant certification (e.g., CB, AIPB) preferred
