Responsibilities
- Execute month-end closing procedures including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and payroll processing with precision
- Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with GAAP and SOX regulations
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities
- Prepare tax documents and coordinate with external auditors
- Maintain accurate financial records in ERP systems (Oracle/SAP)
- Support senior accountants with ad-hoc financial analysis projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with 3+ years of experience
- CPA certification or actively pursuing CPA
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks/Oracle
- Proven night shift or flexible schedule experience preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with SOX compliance and internal controls
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
