Responsibilities
- Execute daily bank reconciliations and credit card reviews to ensure data accuracy.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions, verifying invoice details and approvals.
- Assist with the month-end close process, including journal entries and financial reporting.
- Maintain accurate general ledger records and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and corporate policies.
- Prepare and audit expense reports and adjust entries for the night shift period.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably within a corporate setting.
- Proficient in accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or Xero) and advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Deep knowledge of GAAP and generally accepted accounting principles.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
