Responsibilities
- Process and verify high-volume invoices (PO and Non-PO) with a focus on accuracy and timely payment.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
- Manage the payment process via ACH, wire transfers, and checks.
- Maintain and update vendor master files and general ledger accounts.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close procedures.
- Conduct audits of AP records to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Communicate effectively with vendors regarding billing inquiries.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in Accounts Payable.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite preferred).
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting is a plus.
