Responsibilities
- Perform daily accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and timely.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure data integrity.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and balance sheets.
- Process payroll data and maintain employee timekeeping records.
- Organize and file physical and digital financial documents for audit purposes.
- Assist with general ledger entries and expense tracking.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Basic understanding of accounting principles (GAAP) is preferred but not required.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
