Responsibilities
- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks including data entry and reconciling bank statements.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Organize and maintain accurate financial records and documents.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding billing inquiries and account status.
- Support the senior accounting team with month-end close procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel skills a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in numerical data.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
