Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for multiple clients using accounting software.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and on time.
- Assist with monthly bank reconciliations and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare basic financial reports, such as balance sheets and profit and loss statements.
- Reconcile credit card statements and vendor accounts to ensure data accuracy.
- Organize and file financial documents and receipts for audit purposes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- No prior accounting or bookkeeping experience necessary; training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
