What You Will Do:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements on a monthly basis.
- Process invoices, track expenses, and ensure all transactions are recorded correctly.
- Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Communicate effectively with clients to resolve billing inquiries and provide financial updates.
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero) to manage financial data.
