Responsibilities
- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and accounts receivable processing.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Assist with monthly payroll processing and tax preparation support.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers using QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
- Generate and prepare monthly financial reports for management review.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments efficiently.
- Assist in the preparation of year-end financial statements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks preferred).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness to obtain professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus.
- No prior experience required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
