Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online
- Process accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and report generation
- Organize and file financial documents securely
- Support tax preparation by compiling necessary documentation
- Communicate clearly with clients regarding financial queries
- Adhere to GAAP principles and company compliance standards
Qualifications
