- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions with 100% accuracy
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts monthly
- Assist with payroll processing and tax filings
- Maintain digital and physical financial records using QuickBooks Online
- Prepare financial statements and month-end closing reports
- Support audits by providing organized documentation
- Collaborate with senior accountants on financial analysis projects
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP principles
