Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks Online
- Process accounts payable/receivable and manage bank reconciliations
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Support tax preparation by organizing documentation and schedules
- Enter and verify financial data with meticulous attention to detail
- Collaborate with senior accountants to resolve discrepancies
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Basic understanding of GAAP principles and bookkeeping fundamentals
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving aptitude and numerical accuracy
- QuickBooks certification or willingness to obtain within 6 months
