- Utilize QuickBooks for transaction recording and data entry
- Support tax preparation and documentation requirements
- Implement internal controls for financial data integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial projects
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of GAAP principles and accounting cycles
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Previous internship or part-time accounting experience preferred
