Responsibilities
- Perform daily bookkeeping duties including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts monthly.
- Manage and process payroll for small business clients.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and balance sheets.
- Assist with quarterly and annual tax preparations.
- Ensure all financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Accounting preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Xero, or Sage.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Must be located in Tucson, AZ, and available for occasional in-office meetings.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
