Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions on weekends
- Reconcile bank statements and financial records
- Prepare weekend financial reports and month-end closing entries
- Assist with payroll processing and tax document preparation
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries
- Collaborate with weekday team for seamless financial operations
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2+ years of accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Knowledge of Louisiana tax regulations
- CPA certification preferred
