Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Process payroll and maintain accurate financial records
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports
- Assist with tax preparation and compliance documentation
- Maintain organized digital filing systems for all financial data
- Collaborate with CPAs during audits and financial reviews
- Implement QuickBooks software updates and process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and MS Excel
- AAS degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Strong knowledge of GAAP principles
- Ability to meet strict deadlines with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills for client interactions
- Attention to detail with 99.9% accuracy in financial tasks
- Valid Washington State business license
