Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile weekend transactions with precision and timeliness
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and variance reports
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles during weekend operations
- Conduct weekend audits to ensure compliance with SOX and GAAP standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on weekend financial initiatives
- Maintain accurate weekend financial records using QuickBooks and SAP
- Support month-end and quarter-end closing processes during assigned shifts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience with weekend shift availability
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and MS Excel
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CPA candidate preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with SOX compliance and financial audits
- Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
