Responsibilities
- Process and verify daily accounts payable and receivable transactions.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Manage and maintain the general ledger, ensuring all entries are posted correctly.
- Prepare and send invoices, and follow up on outstanding accounts receivable.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close procedures.
- Generate and analyze financial reports to support decision-making.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel (Advanced) is required.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and basic accounting principles.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to spot discrepancies.
- Must be available to work a night shift schedule (e.g., 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM or 8:00 PM - 4:00 AM).
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Accounting preferred.
