- Manage and reconcile multi-currency accounts payable/receivable across 50+ client portfolios
- Process bi-weekly payroll using ADP with tax compliance for CA-based employees
- Generate monthly P&L statements and variance analysis for executive review
- Implement QuickBooks Online automations for expense categorization workflows
- Conduct quarterly bank reconciliations for high-volume corporate accounts
- Support year-end audit preparation with organized documentation packages
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting + 3+ years bookkeeping experience
- Advanced QuickBooks Online certification (QB ProAdvisor preferred)
- Expertise in CA sales tax filing (BOE Form 401) and payroll regulations
- Proficiency in Excel with VLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH functions
- Proven track record of night shift reliability in financial roles
- Strong analytical skills with attention to decimal-level precision
