Responsibilities
- Perform daily bookkeeping operations and ensure accuracy during night hours.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure data integrity.
- Process and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable invoices.
- Prepare financial reports, balance sheets, and general ledgers for month-end close.
- Assist with payroll processing and tax document preparation.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- 1-3 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage).
- Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
