Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online and Excel
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements monthly
- Process accounts payable/receivable and manage payroll data
- Prepare financial reports and assist with tax documentation
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
- Communicate financial insights clearly to clients and team members
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Basic understanding of GAAP principles
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
