Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records using Xero and QuickBooks
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts
- Assist in month-end closing procedures
- Prepare financial reports for management review
- Support VAT return submissions and compliance
- Manage vendor invoices and expense reports
Qualifications
- Recent graduate with A-Levels or equivalent in Maths/Accounting
- Basic knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
