Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online
- Process accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Prepare invoices and track vendor payments
- Support audit preparation and compliance documentation
- Collaborate with tax preparation teams during peak seasons
- Implement digital filing systems for financial documents
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (vlookups, pivot tables)
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Strong attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial data
