Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate client financial records using QuickBooks Online
- Process accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly financial statements and expense reports
- Assist with payroll processing and tax document preparation
- Support audits by compiling financial documentation
- Communicate financial insights to clients and team members
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping principles and GAAP
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- 1-2 years of internship or part-time bookkeeping experience preferred
