Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently.
- Perform accurate bank reconciliations and prepare monthly financial close reports.
- Assist in payroll processing and ensure all payroll records are up to date.
- Maintain and update financial records using industry-standard accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage).
- Prepare and review invoices, expense reports, and general ledgers to ensure accuracy.
- Support the senior finance team with ad-hoc reporting and data analysis.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in data entry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (pivot tables and formulas are preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new financial software systems.
