Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and Excel
- Process accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Assist with monthly closing procedures and report generation
- Support tax preparation documentation and compliance tasks
- Communicate financial updates to clients and team members
- Implement and maintain organizational filing systems
- Continuously develop accounting knowledge through training programs
Qualifications
- No experience required—training provided!
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, data entry)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy-driven mindset
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
