Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online
- Process accounts payable/receivable with monthly reconciliations
- Assist in preparing financial statements and tax documentation
- Manage bank account reconciliations and transaction reviews
- Support month-end closing procedures with senior accountants
- Communicate financial insights to clients and team members
- Implement bookkeeping best practices across client portfolios
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of GAAP principles and bookkeeping fundamentals
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Strong attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
