Responsibilities
- Manage daily financial transactions including accounts payable/receivable
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts monthly
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries and financial records
- Process payroll and tax filings (training provided)
- Generate monthly financial reports for client review
- Utilize QuickBooks software for bookkeeping operations
- Assist with audits and financial compliance tasks
- Communicate financial insights to business owners
Qualifications
