Responsibilities
- Process and verify incoming invoices for accuracy and completeness.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve billing discrepancies promptly.
- Enter and code financial data into accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks).
- Communicate with vendors to clarify invoice details and resolve payment issues.
- Assist with month-end close procedures and financial reporting.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all financial documents.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles is preferred but not required (we provide training).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work collaboratively in a team setting.
