Responsibilities
- Process high-volume vendor invoices accurately and efficiently within ERP systems
- Conduct three-way matching of purchase orders, receipts, and invoices
- Resolve payment discrepancies through proactive vendor communication
- Maintain organized digital filing systems for financial documentation
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Support internal audits by providing invoice documentation and audit trails
- Collaborate with procurement and accounting teams to resolve billing issues
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data sorting, VLOOKUP)
- Strong attention to detail with numerical aptitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of accounting principles (AP/AR cycles)
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently remotely
