Responsibilities
- Process and verify 100+ invoices weekly using SAP and Oracle systems
- Resolve vendor discrepancies through proactive communication
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and accruals
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Support expense report auditing and reimbursement processes
- Collaborate with procurement and treasury departments
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 0-2 years of accounts payable or clerical experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of GAAP principles
- Valid Texas driver's license (for occasional off-site vendor meetings)
