Apex Financial Solutions is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Accountant to join our dynamic finance team in San Francisco. As a Junior Accountant, you will support the senior finance team with daily operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger reconciliation. If you have a degree in Accounting or Finance and a strong aptitude for numbers, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the daily processing of accounts payable and receivable transactions.
- Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger account analysis.
- Support the month-end and year-end close processes.
- Review and verify expense reports and invoices for accuracy.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records and filing systems.
- Prepare basic financial reports and statements under supervision.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in accounting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas and pivot tables).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new accounting software.
