Responsibilities
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable reconciliation.
- Perform daily data entry and maintain accurate financial records in our ERP system.
- Prepare and process monthly invoices and expense reports.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and identify discrepancies.
- Assist the senior accounting team with quarterly and annual audits.
- Generate basic financial reports and spreadsheets using Excel.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (recent graduates welcome).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage) is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
