Responsibilities
- Process high-volume invoices and ensure timely payments to vendors
- Reconcile AP sub-ledgers and resolve discrepancies with purchase orders
- Manage vendor inquiries and maintain positive relationships
- Execute month-end closing procedures for AP functions
- Implement process improvements using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Conduct 3-way matching for procurement transactions
- Generate AP reports for financial analysis
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience in a corporate setting
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite)
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Remote work experience in finance roles
- Associates degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- AP/CPA certification a plus
