Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and credit card reconciliations to ensure data accuracy.
- Prepare and maintain accurate general ledger accounts and financial statements.
- Process payroll and ensure timely tax filings and compliance.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close procedures.
- Reconcile vendor statements and manage expense reporting.
- Collaborate with clients to resolve billing inquiries and provide financial clarity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in bookkeeping or a related accounting role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or NetSuite).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
