- Prepare financial statements and balance sheets for client review
- Utilize QuickBooks for transaction recording and reporting
- Assist with tax document preparation and compliance
- Monitor cash flow and prepare financial forecasts
- Communicate financial insights to stakeholders clearly
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks proficiency
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and Pennsylvania tax regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
