Responsibilities
- Process high-volume vendor invoices and ensure timely payments within net terms
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies with precision
- Manage employee expense reports and reimbursements
- Optimize AP workflows using SAP and NetSuite systems
- Collaborate with procurement and treasury teams on payment strategies
- Prepare month-end closing reports and support audits
- Maintain compliance with SOX controls and internal policies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of high-volume accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in SAP, NetSuite, or similar ERP systems
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros)
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills for cross-department collaboration
- Experience with SOX compliance and internal controls
