As an Entry Level Bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our clients' financial health. You will work with state-of-the-art accounting software and gain practical experience in core financial operations.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily bookkeeping duties, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions monthly.
- Process invoices and manage expense reports with high accuracy.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and adjusting entries.
- Maintain accurate and organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Assist the senior accounting team with month-end close processes.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles (debits/credits, general ledger) is a plus but not required for this entry-level role.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
