Responsibilities
- Assist with daily accounts payable and accounts receivable processing.
- Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger account maintenance.
- Support the preparation of financial statements and regulatory reports.
- Conduct audits of financial documents to ensure compliance with GAAP.
- Assist in tax preparation and filing during peak seasons.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- 0-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role (or equivalent internship).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software (QuickBooks or Xero).
- Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
