Responsibilities
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processing, ensuring accuracy and timely posting.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and maintain general ledger accounts.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing procedures by preparing adjusting entries and schedules.
- Prepare and analyze basic financial reports and variance analysis.
- Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and documentation.
- Maintain accurate and organized filing systems for financial documents.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (recent graduates welcomed).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy in data entry.
- Understanding of basic accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
