Responsibilities
- Assist with daily accounts payable and accounts receivable operations.
- Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger account analysis.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes and reporting.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial spreadsheets and reports.
- Assist external auditors with the collection of necessary documentation.
- Maintain organized filing systems for financial records.
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting workflows and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- 0-2 years of professional experience or relevant internship.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF statements).
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or NetSuite).
- High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
