Responsibilities
- Assist in daily accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions monthly.
- Enter and verify financial data into our cloud-based accounting software.
- Prepare basic financial reports, including income statements and expense summaries.
- Support the senior accounting team with data organization and filing.
- Maintain accurate and organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Process invoices and ensure proper coding and approval.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles (college coursework is a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Must be a US Citizen or possess valid work authorization.
