Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable and maintain accurate financial records
- Assist with monthly bank reconciliations and variance analysis
- Support payroll processing and employee expense reporting
- Prepare draft financial statements and management reports
- Conduct data entry and maintain digital filing systems
- Collaborate with senior accountants on audit preparation tasks
- Adhere to HMRC compliance standards and internal controls
Qualifications
- A-Level or equivalent qualification in Maths/Finance (degree preferred but not mandatory)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel with basic formula knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
