Responsibilities
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial statement preparation
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions and reconcile bank statements
- Support tax preparation activities and maintain organized financial records
- Perform data entry in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel with 99.9% accuracy
- Conduct routine audits of financial documents to ensure compliance
- Collaborate with senior accountants on client financial analysis projects
- Learn and apply GAAP principles under direct supervision
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and QuickBooks
