Responsibilities
- Assist with daily bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and invoice processing.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Support the preparation of monthly financial reports and budget summaries.
- Maintain and organize financial records and documentation.
- Assist the senior team with tax preparation and filing support.
- Perform variance analysis on general ledger accounts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors in data.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Excellent organizational skills and time management.
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn new software.
