Responsibilities
- Perform daily accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
- Assist with the month-end and year-end closing process, including preparing and posting journal entries.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements to identify and resolve any discrepancies.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports, spreadsheets, and schedules using Microsoft Excel.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems to ensure compliance with internal policies and audit requirements.
- Support the senior accounting team with data entry, analysis projects, and general administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Graduates are encouraged to apply).
- High school diploma with coursework in accounting or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with a high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment and meet tight deadlines.
