Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Support the month-end and year-end close processes by preparing necessary schedules.
- Maintain and update financial ledgers and records in accounting software.
- Prepare basic financial reports and assist in budget preparation under supervision.
- Assist in the audit process by gathering and organizing financial documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (graduates welcome).
- No prior professional experience required; training provided.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, charts).
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
