Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing financial statements and reconciling accounts
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records
- Process accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for financial analysis
- Collaborate with auditors and ensure compliance standards
- Participate in cross-departmental financial projects
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
- No prior accounting experience required—training provided
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel essential)
