Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records and ledgers for weekend operations.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions with high precision and attention to detail.
- Prepare weekly financial reports and variance analysis for executive management review.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual tax filings and audits.
- Ensure strict compliance with all internal financial policies and external regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in general accounting or bookkeeping.
- Proven proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or SAP) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
